This has been another great year for family music (aka children’s music, “kindie” or whatever you want to call it). As has been the case for the past decade, dozens of independent artists around the nation have delivered smart and fresh sounds.
It’s been wonderful to watch Amazon invest in original all-ages music from an unusual array of artists. With Amazon’s mighty marketing reach, more families than ever are hearing and viewing unusual music and videos.
It was quite a year, and we are full of expectation for 2017. As WXPN Kids Corner radio host Kathy O’Connell recently noted in a Mom Blog Society holiday feature,
